1. Booking & Payment

• Reservations can be made online, over the phone, or via email.
• To confirm a booking, an advance payment of [insert % or amount] may be required.
• Full payment must be made at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 1:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: 50% refund
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and fellow guests.
• Any damage caused by a guest will be charged to them accordingly.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
• Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

5. Pets Policy

We are a pet-friendly homestay. However:

• Pets must be kept under control at all times.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• Any damage caused by pets will be chargeable.
